The packaging and the devilry time are perfect especially if you are a prime client

I previously had a rowenta proffessional from costco
If something needs ironing i wet a facecloth and throw it in the dryer with whatever needs ironing

I dont have to worry about unwanted creases or burning the fabric because the steam comes out clean and because it emits so much i dont even need to touch it to the clothes

Take the main cord off from the base make sure you turn left to unlock it before slowly pull it out

Put a bit of water in the feeder then put your mouth on the main hole where you detached the cord from

The steamer arrived in pieces the base shown was all one piece but the rack and handheld portion had to be assembled

Also included in the box was an oven mitt to protect your free hand a soft brush attachment which i was unable to securely attach to the head of my steamer and a black plastic thing with holes in it that says hot
