This has more milligrams per tablet and is smaller that my previous tablets that were only 100 mg per tablet. These pills work amazingly well for constipation which is not something they headline.

    I would have given another star if they burned super bright white like the magnesium strips my middle school science teacher had but alas they are not pure magnesium and dont burn well at all
