And the quality of the lens is even better than the customer service
The quality is good i used it at the shore
Distorts the quality of images and video
A nd filter is pretty much a must if you want control over the quality of the video you are shooting

You can’t do much better for this price
All in all this is a great filter for the price
Granted it’s for the web and it is a very cost effective filter

But i normally use the nd filter with the kit lens from the g85
I wish i could return the filter but ive already threw away the packaging will have to throw this filter away as its completely unusable

You can see at the end the x effect of the filter but that is expected with most variable nd

The video is not color graded i wanted to show it straight out of camera

It had a large range of darkening and didn’t seem to degrade on any color that i could notice

Since there are two blades that cross over each other to change the amount of darkness right at its maximum effect they overlap in a way that creates a dark x over the image

Especially at wider apertures it was just too bright and the video would be overexposed
