Eating activia yogurt prevents me from becoming constipated. It is definitely a thirst-quencher. This drink chills me out!
Clean, crisp flavor. Not a flavor i would crave, but it's pleasant. Similar to those flavored carbonated waters that were popular some years ago.
The 12 oz can has 17g of carbs. On weight watchers current point system, this carbonated drink is 2pts. Just chill could be a great substitute or occasional reprieve from the usual.
Just chill, and buy this 12 pack of tropical nectar. Tropical flavour is the best. Flavor of the rio berry is nice.
