Pros

These are my favorite glass mugs and i’ll definitely be ordering another set because we use these everyday. They keep our tea piping hot for longer that a regular mug and don't get hot on the exterior when we microwave them.

Everytime he makes his coffee, he raves about how hot it keeps his beverage. The sides & rim remain cool to touch when filled with hot liquids.

The handle is easy to grip. Beautifully crafted, sturdy and attractive.

Cons

Cups are extremely lightweight. They are not i repeat not durable as some reviews have stated. One of my cup was cracked upon arrival.

As soon as i received my package i washed the cups and made my first cup of coffee

These came in a nice box that would be great for gifting

Competitiveness

I have a set of smaller capacity joy jolt cups i bought at the same time as my nespresso machine

I had similar item from different brand but joyjolt offered a slightly larger handle making it easier to hold

My opinion is that its a deal thats satisfying is the best available anywhere
