The bluetooth and durability were disappointing i had at least one bluetooth dropout during every workout and the headphones stopped working and charging after two months of use

I followed jlab’s placement recommendations to improve connections but i still had problems

Third time was not the charm same problems with bluetooth and durability—they quit working after two months of use

Jlab was great and replaced them for free every time but i had to pay to ship the defective set back before i received the new set and then i was without a headset for a couple of weeks in the meantime

I never heard back as to why the headsets were failing but i can only imagine sweat intrusion into the “waterproof rated” device
