I ordered this product for myself awhile ago
Packaging/appearance
I basically moisturized the outside of the bottle and the entire baggy it came in
I like this product but was disappointed that the oil had leaked by the time it arrived at my house
I don’t know why there isn’t a plastic covering the bottle for emergencies like this or if i just received one that had that removed

Some of the oil spilled out upon receiving it luckily it was in a plastic bag and the amount spilled was not significant enough for me to return or contact amazon
