Pros

Jarrow formulas vitamin d3 gel caps is 5000iu. I take an in between dosage or in other words i add an extra soft gel a few times a week as needed for the appropriate taper of dosage.

Well packaged and arrived on time. Always a good presentation of quality in manufacturing and shipping of the vitamins. Jarrow is a trusted name in our household.
