Evnol suprabio (toco-sorb) increases scores across the board, though not as much as astaxanthin. Delta-tocotrienol appears to be the most beneficial of the 4 tocotrienols.

Pills are small and easy-to-*. Totally effective even at that low dose. Take 1 softgel 1 or 2 times per day with a meal.

Vitamin e is one of the first highly-touted super supplements. This product is formulated a little differently than the norm. Jarrow says this product is more bio-available than regular vitamin e complexes.

Cons

The pills were stuck together in one large clump. This only contains d-alpha tocopherols.
