I order every month and have been very pleased with the quality
There is variations from product to product however they are still on the quality side of the spectrum
Jarrow provides specific milligram coverage of each e form and always posts those facts in the photo section on amazon product pages
Price
The price is pretty good for this pill too
I have taken e vitamins for a long time and the prices really do vary
The only drawback is that the price isnt the best on the web or on amazon
Packaging/appearance
It is working for me and everything from the packaging to the pill quality is top of the line in appearance

Each comes with 60 capsules enough for a 2month supply
I use jarrows supplements all the time and find they are higher quality than most

Based on this information i think i will stick with mixed tocopherols rather than switching to tocotrienols such as this product because they do not seem to be worth the extra cost
