Pros

Jansport has a limited lifetime warranty so we're never worried when a zipper goes back. It is very durable especially the handle which i’m very particular with. It maneuvers easily around corners and rolls very smoothly.

The bag has a very large pocket in rear with padded inner sleeve for laptop. The middle pocket is amply sized as well for books or files.

Cons

The material is much thinner and flimsier than my swiss gear bag. The zippers don't work, they are hard to zip, they stick metal on metal. The strap where the backpack straps connect (at the bottom) drags the ground and wore down on school day 2. The ... Read More

The other top ranked is high sierra's powerglide. Jansport covers it in their warranty, but you have to pay the return shipping. Will not be purchasing another product from them.
