Pros

I always give my 100% honest opinion. My only complaint is that it was difficult to remove the plastic thingy. And lastly, it is pfoa free and ecofriendly!

This is the nicest tray i've ever owned. This tray is substantially thicker than the garbage i'm used to. The only down side is that this tray requires a little extra tlc.

Even this smaller size is big enough to concoct some tasty sheet pan dinners. The size is perfect for so many things and it has sides that allow you to use it for many baking and roasting tasks.

I think any cook would enjoy owning a pan like this. After 25-30 uses, i've had absolutely no issues with anything bubbling or flaking off. I wish they offered a broiler pan with the same finish.

Nice heavy rimmed baking sheet/tray. No flexing when picking up with one hand and loaded up. It is noticeably heavier than my other larger baking trays.

Cons

Wherever food or spill overs from a pie has stuck, the coating comes off! Very disappointing. The description states that this pan would not warp up to 475 degrees.
