The original band is pretty rigid so its hard to slide it back so you can see the pins

In my case i had to take out two links im a big guy with big wrists you use the round end to push the link pins out and for goodness sake dont hold the damn thing where the other side of the pin will jam into the fingers holding the band

If you use the heart monitor you need the watch to fit a bit snug
