Here are the bands that are included with the estimated resistance in pounds as specified in the manual yellow 24 lbs blue 46 lbs green 1012 lbs black 1520 lbs red 2530 lbssome stacking examples red black 4050 lbs red black green 5062 lbsthe manual has some usage instructions and a bunch of suggested exercises but there are no pictures so it is a bit difficult to picture what is being described

However the ankle strap is not the best

The metal loop where you attach the weights to the strap pulled the stitching out of the strap causing it to tear and break

They work great though the ankle strap is bulky and not very versatile
