These shoelaces are pretty long id recommend them for sneakers or hightops they wont work for dress shoes or boatstyle shoes

The other brand had a large squeeze type clip which sat on top of the shoe making it sort of ugly and these do not do that

Then lay the plastic piece with the teeth toward the hole that the lace came through and wrap the lace all the way around the plastic lengthwise 180 degrees

Then trim the lace up to the plastic piece

That is it and believe it or not these will hold and the laces will not come back out through the holes
