It did take about 8 hours to completely sync up with my carriers signal for the 4g lte and bluetooth to work also

Buy the protective case for this phone because if you dont it is so light that it can fall easily so break your screen so you cant use it

The one issue that i have with my phone and with my boyfriends phone as well is that the headphones jack will not detect the headphones when its connected

Another issue i have is that there is only 1 type of phone case we can choose from and that case does not seem durable enough to protect the phone screen from cracking
