Now i did have to learn to be a little more careful but honestly i dropped this thing at least once a week since buying back in 2015 and at times on concrete or in the parking lot from about pocket level each time for the first few months my heart would drop but this little case held up time after time eventually it did look rough around the edges but it had taken a beating

I only cracked a tempered glass one time in all my drops but after a year and a half the case did finally gave up and cracked all the way apart on a corner in my pocket

The metal slate is pretty dark and sometimes just looks black

Has not cracked or anything on me yet and seems like if your not real rough with your phone durability shouldnt be an issue

I am glad they included instructions on how to place the phone and the case together otherwise it is rather difficult to place the case on the phone and remove
