Worked good for a few months then it started getting flaky

Did some investigating and found out that the copper leads on plug were starting to wear off from unplugging them to sync the phone

Now i usually only unplugged it maybe once a week to syncbackup to my computer so it wasnt like i was sitting there all day unplugging it

So i contacted support again this time they started getting rude with me and telling me that i must be abusing the case

I will say though that it looked as if the device had been used before as the package was torn

The reasons i deducted one star are that the paint started to rub offwear through relatively quickly causing the case not to look very good and the part that plugs into the phone is the weak link
