Separately the case would charge and her phone would charge with the lightning cable but her phone could not charge while in the case

Well it worked well for a while but it comes with its own charging portcord and you cant use just the usual type of cord to charge it

Now after around 5 months i have to spend time trying to gently jiggle or reposition the connector to get the charger to make a connection into the battery case

So i am disappointed that the case only really lasted about 5 months

Without much complication they sent me a new replacement case and under the one year warranty provisions i did have to spend 6 in usps postage to send the old one back to them
