Pros

For me, for now, this solves my problem. The pillow itself is fantastic, great quality and everything. Everything else is handled by the very nature of the wedge.

Support pillow enables people to sleep with their torsos elevated. Was able to sleep through the night help with relieving pressure from his chest and lungs. Pillow is firm, with softer surface.

The pillowcase seems well made although it fits a bit too large. There is a urethane wedge pillow, with a zippered underlayer already around it.

Cons

The 2 inch memory foam (top layer) is cheap. The two inch pillow it comes with is pancake flat and completely useless; nothing like the one pictured. The pillowcase after it has been washed in hot water is loose with extra fabric on all sides.

It's impossible to compress it enough to get it back in the box. Can be from non buyers or from relatives, friends of the makers of this products.

This cost me more than twice what i paid for a 24 x 24 inch wedge

I bought mine for 107 but it is all worth it
