So i cant wait to use this product
I make them almost every weekend now for the kiddos or to take along to gatherings
Ive used this in the past and am very happy to report that the quality has not changed over time one bit
I followed the basic recipe on the package with the addition of 12 teaspoon of salt as recommended by a couple of websites

Very good but the package arrived broken good packaging would be a stronger
The flour seems nice and fresh and the packaging looks fresh

I have found this very easy to use for tortillas but a bit lacking in flavor from the color it would seem to contain a lot of white corn

I usually mix in a little bobs red mill which has good flavor but is expensive and in my experience makes a pretty fragile dough on its own
