This is a replacement for the stopper that was in the insinkerator in this house my family is renting. Doesn't leak. Has a satisfying seal. Perfect fit for insinkerators disposal sink drain.
As long as you put this in the drain with the larger roundish type knob on the top, it is extremely easy to remove. Take a breadth, grab a spoon, and gently wedge it down outside the black rubber gasket.
Cons
Not the same quality stainless as the insinkerator stainless *. Does not fit a standard sink drain. This causes the water to drain from the sink slowly, but surely. I'm sure it’s fine when it actually fits the in sink garbage disposal hole.
Will not use. Not worth the hassle to return it. I hate that this is happening because amazon is so convenient. Go figure. Did not like. Returning this stopper via amazon returns.

Surprisingly we cannot take this for granted as i bought a different one and found the pull knob was about straight up and down very difficult to remove it from a full sink of water
