I cant testify as to the actual efficacy of the bio charges ability to help decompose stuff in the septic tank because i have no way of knowing what is going on in there

You have to make sure you hear that second click

Otherwise the liquid will not dispense and even worse the cartridge may just fall out of the unit

Another way to do it is to press and hold the button down while you push the cartridge upwards this is what the instruction manual suggests
