I bough marine as understand it is more easily digestible to the bovine version i am also a vegetarian and i suppose for me taking a marine supplement is better than an animal supplement

I havent seen much difference in my nail condition but i do wear polish everyday

I must say the taste was not great but could be worse knowing that it is a natural product extracted from the fish
