    A few days ago the left earpiece came apart

    I contacted armbeats via amazon email and sent them a photo of the problem

    The wires seem thicker and more solidly attached to the earbuds and the plug ends

    The inline remote is at the base of the v formed by the wires going to the left and right ears which means the weight is evenly distributed between the two ears rather than tugging on just one side

    The mic is of decent quality and people on the other end of the line during phone calls say they can hear me clearly even when i am not speaking particularly loudly

    The wires that come out of the inline remote and go to the earbuds are about 23 inches longer than i would like and so the remote hangs pretty low
