Pros

The only problem i have with this one is that it is not shiny, which i think is strange because most gold plated adapters are shiny. Works great.

Cons

Ttrs connector (for a headset with mic) -- the sound is mono. I have another adapter which works fine with the same headset, so i'm concluding that it's a problem with this adapter.
