I was surprised to find that the best video and audio baby monitor didn’t come from an overpriced tech company brand but from ibaby. Baby also enjoys the music. Ibaby customer service is stellar!

One base was discolored, had smudges and may be from an older model. The night vision is very grainy and not a clear picture. The app keeps freezing on both my phone and the ipad.

It loses connectivity with the wifi almost daily. App constantly crashes. Would not connect to wifi. All the manual says it to reboot router and re-install, which ive done multiple times.

While there is an alert system its not sophisticated enough to have different level of alerts for different usersdevices or time of day and adjustment of frequency between alerts is limited so they quickly become annoyinguseless
