Cons

Very disappointing. This company seems to invest quite some money in hip, slick marketing and clever campaigning. I don't mind a small dent or scratches as that is expected but for the bottom to completely collapsed is not acceptable.

After 2 hours, coffee is lukewarm. My other stainless steel ones keep liquids cold longer without the * metallic taste.

Same problem. Unfortunately shipping costs are quite expensive from nz to usa. Returning it now.
