Initially i took 2 of the red yeast rice wcholestene supplements but had to lower it to 1

So during the course of my experimenting i have ascertained that this supplement definitely shows measurable effects on ones lipid profile i mean amazing results but you can do even better by doing some research and experimentation altering your diet and finding and applying one that naturally lowers your tc and ldl unless your problem is genetic and will not respond to diet
