A compilation of information in an easy to read resource and reference book. Includes a few scripts, which come handy. Easy to follow and entertaining.
Great to read if your a qualified hypnotherapist, or just interested in hypnosis. Written in a manner which elicits a hypnotic quality all of it's own. A straightforward book dealing with the basics of hypnosis.
Thoroughly enjoyable read. Will use again. And he makes me laugh!
Cons
Unbelievably old fashioned approach. Definitly not written by any kind of expert or experienced hypnotherapist.
Did not deliver to my kindle. I was charged fir twice.
