Pros

It tastes amazing and quenches my thirst for extreme sour. It's the sour you crave. Great to add on sour gummy bears.

Great additive for smoothies and ice fizzy drinks too. Use it in certain drinks and to add a tanginess to homemade hot sauces. Used it in some slushies and smoothies, a little goes a long way.

Malic acid is the very essence of the tart/sour taste. Less bitter or metalic (or even just acidic) than ascorbic, citric, or tartaric acid.

Cons

Do not try a gallbladder flush. There isn't anything about this product that is food grade or edible. The granules are so big i struggled to get anything to stick to candy.
