The emerson sensi is less expensive and superior in quality. Buyer beware. Don't buy anything from honeywell. Try another brand. Buy emerson sensi.
It is unbelievable that honeywell runs their business like this. Faulty products and fake customer support employees. Honeywell's customer service is garbage.

Connectivity issues can be caused by a bunch of possibilities like router encryptionsecurity settings firewall settings and phone security settings and in some cases other apps could possibly cause a conflict with others

Some energy companies also offer discounts for allowing them access to your wifi thermostat but i havent set that up
