It does a great job getting an unruly beard into shape. Doesn't irritate my skin either. It doesn't seem to moisturize, which for me is great. It adds a little shine and helps moisturize without leaving you feeling oily.

Alan r. Hirsch, there’s a lot of low quality * out there and ha kicks the heck out of them all. Although i don't subscribe to that sort of woo, i do appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients.

Honest amish beard balm is shiny upon application and a little oily, but dries to a matte finish after a few minutes. Most balms are greasy and make me itch in the summer, but this doesn't and it repels sweat.

If you are looking for a light hold product, which will condition the moustache and leave it soft and manageable, this is your product. As it cools it returns to a firm wax and i shape and curl my mustache.

The company offers no return policy, and when i contacted them to inquire about receiving a new tin, they recommended i use my finger nails to scrape the wax out. I have a thick and coarse beard one could opine but not extremely think and coarse.
