Pros
The app is a dream compared to other apps i've used. The apps for windows and android are good, but don't give quite as much control as the nvr.
Picture quality is downright amazing. Setting it up was a breeze. Night vision feature works incredibly well.
As of today with the all the kinks worked out, i am happy with what i have for what i've spent. Original purchase date 10/17.

Cons
Nvr has a design flaw in the power supply that reolink is avoiding. Please don't connect to your monitor or other receiver before nvr power up. Unplug power supply few times is not fun special the thing don't work.
There is no phone number for this company, you have to submit a ticket through their website, so that's what we did.

I know some of your new reolink nvrs are passively cooled with a heatsink so thats cool but to your products that arent passively cooled
