It is cinchable but the toggles on the cords dont stay and my hood always blows off

You can tighten the face opening and just tie the cord so it stays shut and theres a piece of material that you can put over your nose mouth and chin or you can move it down to just cover your mouth and chin just your chin or nothing at all
