The only complaint i had but the company promptly addressed by offering me a discount refund or return of the item i took the discount was with the remote

Apparently there was some bad wiring done during the manufacturing process because the green and blue colors on the remote were swapped

However when i connected two separate strips together one strip would be a different color than the other strip
