Every day would be a better eye day if i got up an extra 15 minutes early placed thea in my eyes and laid back down until my annoying alarm went off again

They last for only a few min before it thaws out under your eyes

I suffer from migraines so when i feel one coming on i put these in the freezer for a couple minutes then put them under my eyes
