The potential applications of that approach are almost unlimited. If you do the work needed with each of these steps, the eventual payoff will be tremendous.

I'm thrilled with the results i've seen after applying the practices i learned from this book. I suggest it to many people and find i can summarize it in a short amount of time but then they don't take the time to contemplate the concepts.

The entire book is a commercial for the author's consulting company. Very, very little practical info, tons of fluff and advertising. The term brown shorts doesn't bring very pleasant imagery to mind.
