Occasionally i like to have a nice margarita with my husband on a tuesday night at the local mexican restaurant i noticed when i felt that i was buzzing i pumped 2 oz of milk to test it and it definitely showed there was alcohol in my breast milk 3 hours later it showed that there was still alcohol in my milk but it was a lot lighter color on the strip

This tells me you do not have to pump and dump if you are not a good pumper
