Milk thistle is wonderful for the liver. Great for sluggish liver. Ruth. This is a usually a lot cheaper.

When swallowed, things tend to get lost in the shuffle down there. Pleasantly surprised that there's no * taste and only a slightly weird smell. Add this to smoothies in the morning, and i think it has really been working for me.

Tinctures are delicate concoctions. But i believe that dandelion tincture helps remove stress from the liver.
