5 soy lecithin but its much cheaper than the competitor with none and at least its nongmo soy

Great cost for a clean grassfed micellar casein

Not a ton of fillers sugar or any of the other cheap things you dont want in a protien

Its a little grainy by itself but in a smoothy the graininess is unnoticeable
