Pros
The 2-3 years that i get out of this glove is tremendous in my eyes. I rotate the use of the gloves so they can dry out from the moisture they get from a hard workout. Then do some weightlifting or bag punching and bingo.
Cons
I'm so stubborn i've been trying to make them work for me for a year and half. Such a shame. Amazon return window is 30 days.
The 2009 design was perfectly suited to my hands and the current design is suited for, well, certainly not me. I bought these to have more grip when doing barbell exercises, they completely fail for that purpose.
Seams are coming apart, each wash makes more paint to come off. The leather sloughs off and covers my hands in little black bits. Stitching came undone after 2 lifts. They shrunk on the second time washing them.

I dont think you can beat harbinger for quality when it comes to workout gloves

Ive probably gone through at least 10 pairs of these in about 15 years of decently heavy lifting

It could be that im that much rougher on them now and that i lift more than i did so long ago but i tear through these in about 6 8 months now when i feel like my first couple pairs lasted me well over a year before they fell apart

They do not have foam or rubber or any other extras that all these other glove manufacturers are listing

Even harbringer offers certain gloves with new fangled technologies that do rubbish to help with weightlifting but diminish the gloves lifespan
