Just last week it seems to have sprung a leak in the hose directly under the handle

It is not a huge deal when showering with the nozzle in its holster but when using it as a handheld while showering the kids its a pain because now the water leak sprays outside the tub or directly at me tubside

Within a few hours i received an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience and that a new showermaxx handheld was on the way within 2 days included was a confirmation number

Months later it leaked slightly so i contacted customer service
