Pros

The temperature is right for espresso and steaming. The frothing is a little tricky and really just is down to practice.

This machine makes delicious coffee! It comes with a ramp for the espresso grinds. The one thing the manufacturer failed to do is to include a matching glass carafe.

Cons

The coffee puck after brewing is so soupy it is a total mess. Only a certain size cup fits under the dispenser area. The only redeeming aspect is that it does brew a fair cup of espresso.

The filter holder seems to have a kind of coating but for some reason this does not continue to the interior. It also leaks in two spots. The units usually start leaking after about 6-8 months, and the boiler goes out w/in 12-14 months.

The milk steaming wand isn't the most efficient if you like lattes with less foam. It's better for cappuccinos because they create a lot of foam, which is not my preference. Turned it to steam, no steam appears!
