I was very disappointing to find out that the movers dented the wall and never said anything to me noticed it after they left in the exact hallway they were moving things there were no marks on the wall prior to them coming as the house was brand new

Initially they did not have the right equipment to move the piano and had to go back to the office to pick it up and dylan let me know i would not be charged for the time it took to get the equipment

The only reason i am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took almost two hours to get the truck loaded
