    The second i stuck this into my steak the temperature on the digital screen started rising

    I am very particular about cooking my beef roasts to medium rare and you have to pull it out of the oven at the correct temperature

    Havent used it as yet but just know that i will enjoy using it instead of taking the meat out of the oven cutting into it and then having to put it back into the oven because it is not done as yet
