Its great that they are heat resistant so you dont have to worry about your utensils melting or anything while you are cooking i used the larger one while cooking pepper steak in a stainless steel skillet over high to medium high and had no problems with them they didnt lose shape of anything

It is becoming annoying and the more i thought about it i do not trust how hygienic they are in the hollows where the two parts meet either
