Pros

Fills cracks and holes. Had a mouse problem in the crawlspace. Anyway, if you have gaps that need filling and/or pest you need to keep out, this is the stuff you want.

The product description fails to mention that the can needs a professionaldispenser that attaches to the can. Squirrels chew right through it. It's not easy to return or dispose of. The product is a flammable liquid.
