This is arguably the most valuable piece of baby gear we purchased for our newborn. It's all one piece, so you have to wash all of it when baby spits up. This is very soothing for babies and gives them wonderful support.

There is no padding, just bare bones straps and it is extremely hard to put my plucky baby down in the seat. The * strap is so tight it cuts right up between his legs! Also, my son who has reflux does better in a traditional swing.
