Pros
The total flex is solid and stable. Do not move at all doing chin ups.
It is stable(ish), sturdy, and very ergonomic. Very strong tubing and stable. After tightening it's very stable.
For the price and shipped its an excellent value. This item is worth far more than the $130 i paid for it. Really awesome value here.
Decent product, has a bit of a rock or wabble to it. It's great. Very pleased with my purchase.

Cons
Very flimsy. The metal quality is pretty bad - bolts go into it when tightened. Nuts and bolts are poorly manufactured. Not happy with the purchase.

Im 200lbs and with a 30lb weight belt for dips it seems to flex quite a bit

However for a larger person im about 85 kg i would likely recommend some tie down or counter weights particularly when using the dip station to keep the tower from rocking

I guess the one thing i made sure to do as i was assembling it was to use a socket set and take the time to tighten everything evenly

Im 6 feet 190 and it doesnt move much when using it

Note that if you are 6 feet tall or more you will not be able to deadhang without your feet touching the ground
